DELIVERY STANDARDS

All deliveries will be made FOB point of origin. Subject to Seller's right of stoppage in transit, delivery of the Products to the carrier shall constitute delivery to Buyer and title and risk of loss shall thereupon pass to Buyer. Selection of the carrier and delivery route shall be made by Seller unless specified by Buyer. Buyer acknowledges that delivery dates provided by Seller are estimates only and Seller shall not be liable for delays in delivery or for failure to perform due to causes beyond the reasonable control of Seller nor shall the carrier be deemed an agent of Seller. In the event of delay caused by such event, the date of delivery shall be extended for a period equal to the time lost as a consequence of the delay in delivery without subjecting Seller to any liability or penalty. Delivery of a quantity, which varies from the quantity specified, shall not relieve Buyer of the obligation to accept delivery and pay for the Products delivered. Delay in delivery of one installment shall not entitle Buyer to cancel other installments.

REFUND POLICY

All claims for unsatisfactory shipment of goods must be made directly to us within twenty four (24) hours of receipt of goods. If we do not accept or deliver your order, our only liability is to refund any amounts already paid to us.

In the event there is no movement of load or product, we will refund payment within 24 hours of verification. By verification, this means verified with carrier, shipper, or customer that load or product was in fact not moved through or with USA Logistics, Inc. Refund will be processed by USA Logistics, Inc. within 24 hours, however it may take longer for credit to show on payee credit card or account based on terms or conditions between payee and credit card company or financial institution.

Credit Card Adjustments (Credit Card Payments) when you pay by credit card and there is an adjustment made to the charges paid, we are required to credit the credit card account used to make the payment. Please allow 24 hours for USA Logistics, Inc. to process your refund, but up to two weeks for your credit card refund to be processed by your Credit Card Company or financial institution. If you do not receive your credit card refund within that time period, please contact us toll free 800-872-5999.

Check Payment Refunds: When you pay by check and there is an adjustment made to the charges paid, a refund check will be issued within 24 hours of adjustment or refund verification. If you do not receive your refund check after that time period, please contact us toll free 800-872-5999.

We have been doing business since 1993, and we have never sold our Email lists, nor any other client information. We value personal privacy. You can count on us to keep your information private. PERSONAL GUARANTY: Actual Pricing and Terms of Sale are Subject to Change and will be Determined at the Time of Order Placement and funds clear. The undersigned consents to any extension of payment and asserts that this is a continuing guaranty of payment to creditor until revoked in writing. The undersigned also agrees to the “Terms & Conditions” as written within. The undersigned consents to USA Logistics, Inc. Terms & Conditions, and authorizes USA Logistics, Inc. to charge the credit card for payment of services. The undersigned also consents and grants permission to USA Logistics, Inc. to recharge the credit card whereupon additional expenses are incurred as a result of the provision of transportation services. Additional charges included, but not limited to unloading fees, loading fees, demurrage, re-consignment fees, and all other additional charges incurred while providing transportation services.
